Australian orders over $150.00 AUD and International orders over $300.00 AUD will receive free shipping.

If you have selected STANDARD, your order will be shipped via Australia Post
If you have selected EXPRESS, your order will be shipped via DHL.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched. If you have purchased items that are 'MADE TO ORDER' they will be shipped to you when they are complete.
Deliveries are sent out Monday - Friday between normal business hours. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In busy times, shipments may take up to 2-3 days to process. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone with further information.
Split deliveries - if one of your item/s is on pre-order or made to order this will be shipped to you additionally free of charge when it is complete.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled containing your tracking number(s).
All orders are sent out securely with sufficient packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. ANGIE XYLAS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment provider to file a claim.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
$45 International shipping.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
International shipments may incur customs and import taxes. ANGIE XYLAS does not take responsibility for these costs if they occur. These fees vary country and country and we are not able to control the amount. Before placing an international order, please enquire with your local customs office to find out if charges may occur to your shipping destination.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
If you would like to return your order for a refund/exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a RETURNS FORM and further instructions on how to return your order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be finalised once it is received at our Head Office.
If the below requirements are met, a refund/exchange will be given:
1. The return is requested within 14 days from date of purchase.
2. The garment/accessories must be in their original condition with all packaging/security tags attached.
3. Garments/accessories must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
4. No damages or alterations have been made by the customer.
5. The entire item is sent back in its original packaging (this includes dust bags and/or other packaging material).
PLEASE NOTE OUR SWIMWEAR AND MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM ORDER POLICY:
All our swimwear is shipped with hygiene stickers and product swing tags attached.
Please ensure you try on swimwear over underwear without removing the protective hygiene label as your return will be rejected if this sticker appears to be removed/tampered with.
If it is obvious the items have been worn/damaged by the customer and/or not cared for properly, they will be shipped back to the customer and a refund/exchange will not be provided.
Custom orders are not refundable once the deposit has been paid.
We also do not accept returns or refunds for CUSTOM orders. For more informations, please email email@example.com.
MADE TO ORDER:
We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for any Made To Order Items.
Please note, orders may not be cancelled whilst in production.
If your item/s have been damaged by inappropriate care methods or external circumstances we will not accept a return for a refund or exchange.
We will also not accept any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
RETURNS SHIPPING FEES/EXPENSES
All return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer unless in the unlikely chance you have been shipped an incorrect or faulty item.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you would like an EXCHANGE:
SWIMWEAR & CLOTHING:
We are happy to exchange full-priced, unworn swimwear/clothing for another size/colour and/or style. Upon receiving your return, we will contact you to provide information on what item/s you would like to exchange for and further instructions. If you are worried an item you would like to exchange for may be out of stock by the time you return your order, please create a new order online to avoid any disappointment.
We will only accept returns on shoes for an exchange in size if they appear unworn, unused and are sent back in their original shoe box/dust bag.
We kindly ask that you please try on any shoes on a carpeted surface only. If shoes are sent back with marks/scratches on the soles we will not accept your return and your pieces will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
If you would like a REFUND (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If for some reason your refund is late and/or missing, please contact your account provider and check your bank account again. If further problems persist after contacting your provider and checking your account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
To return your product, you will be provided with a Returns form and instructions over email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order and/or item.
